- I am here to help both parties, I have a solution that can help both parties. Mr Jones how about you pay the employees what is due to them and provide them with 0,25% increase in wage the following year for the next 10 years.

- No, I can't do that, the business is bankrupt we have no funds & the government has not yet responded.
- Ms Bonga is the commissioner that is assigned to deal with the matter. Mr Magagu questioning Mr Jones on why the employees are still not paid, Mr Jones claims that the business is bankrupt thats why he cannot pay his workers.

- The manager is refusing to pay us what we deserve, no one will go to work until this issue is resolved, I am planning a strike so wait for my signal .
