- Hello, Mrs. Porter I have been meaning to talk to you because I have a very important suggestion for the school.
- Yes. Of course. But whatever you are suggesting needs to be something we can work with and that will be good for students.
- Okay. I completely understand. My suggestion is students should have a longer time to eat their lunches. Because I have seen so many ofmy classmates shove all of their food in their mouths because many different students all feel like they are being rushed to eat or else they will not have any time for lunch at school.
- Well, actually I don't think students should have a loner lunch time because school is all about learning new things.
- OK. I can understand that we have to learn new things in school but we also need to be able to eat in school too or else we will be hungry and students can't focus well because all that's on their mind is for them to eat.
- Yes I can understand that students are hungry because they don't have a lot of time to eat besides when they get home and breakfast in the morning. But that's why we have a lunch time here at school.
- I know that Mrs.Porter. But like I said before many students shove their food in their mouths because they feel like they wont have any time to eat. And then later many students become sick with a stomach ache.
- Actually Willow, I have never ever seen a student shove their food in their mouth and then feel sick about it. I don't think that has ever happened in this school.
- Yes ma'am. I understand that but have you really ever seen some kid doing that to them selves? Its very bad and a lot of students do it and they don't even realize.
- Yes. I am always watching the cafeteria when ever I don't have any paper work to do. And no I have never seen some student do that. Now its time for you to get back to class!
- OK. But Mrs.Porter would you please just consider looking into it? It will be better for the students. Even I have felt sick after lunch sometimes and I cant focus the rest of the day.
- Fine. I will look into having a longer lunch time in school.
