- good morning manoj sir. my name is mahesh and i am planning to start a new business of metal rods that will be used in cunstruction
- good morining mr.mahesh. i am glad you came up here to meet me.

- so sir i wanted some tips regarding to the physical capitals from you .
- ohh. so firstly the variety of inputs required at every stage during production is known as physical capital. there are two classifications in it.
- the second one is the working capital. any Raw materials and money in hand are called working capital.
- the first one is fixed capital. the tools and machines required in making the final product is known as fixed capital
- for the production of the metal rods , you must know the machines and tools that will be used in the process. some of the examples are :- milling machine , grinding machine , drilling machine , shaping machine etc. this comes under the fixed capital.
- the cost to maintain the company and to buy the machines , tools and the raw materials that will be used in the production of the metal rods comes under the working capital.
