- 3 Witches are circling a cauldron while chanting spells and adding ingredients, and Hectate compliments the weird sisters on their work. The 2nd witch then says that something evil is coming.
- After the 2nd witch says that something evil is coming their way, Macbeth comes to meet them and ask them about their prophecies.
- The witches show Macbeth apparitions to answer all of his questions, the first one being a floating head that warns him to be careful about Macduff, and Macbeth says he had already guessed that.
- The next apparition that Macbeth sees is a bloody child that says that no one born from a woman will be able to harm Macbeth.
- The next apparition is a crowned child that tells him he is safe until Birnam Wood moves to Dunsainane Hill.
- For the last one, there were 8 crowned kings as children that walked past Macbeth, and the last one was holding a mirror, and Banquo's ghost passed by at the end. Macbeth asked to know the meaning of this last apparition, but the witches left. Then Lennox enters and tells Macbeth that Macduff fled to England, and Macbeth decides to kill Macduff's family.
