- Your company has held several meetings about how much the company stresses this policy because of past experiences. Your boss emphasizes that if anyone sees anything, to report it.
- You are not sure whether to tell your boss about what you have seen, or to keep quiet.
- You have trouble figuring out which path to pursue in this difficult situation because you know how much the business stresses this policy , and you also understand that the two co-workers have been together for a while.
- You decide to tell you boss about the unethical behaviour you have seen outside of the workplace that goes against a valuable company role. Your boss thanks you and tells you he will handle it.
