  • Do you ever get the feeling where you lose interest in the things you used to love or just a major loss of energy and stressed just like Theo?
  • Lately I have been feeling drained and stresssed out.
  • You are not alone; over 350 million people have this problem, yet only 24.7% percent of adults and 60% of teenagers do not receive therapy. Many teens and adults may not obtain the appropriate therapy, either owing to a lack of cash or because they, themselves, or their parents do not think depression happens in teenagers or adults.

  • People sometimes misunderstand depression for being attention seeking or sensitive, whereas it is far more complex and can worsen with time.

  • The doctor is such an attention-seeker! He is so sensitive.
  • A simple remark or asking how someone's day went may quickly improve their spirits; coping with depression is difficult, but asking small questions can help a lot. like Theo, listens to a podcast that discusses depression. Theo shows his feelings through crying, its not being sensitive whatsoever.

  • Depression is a regular occurrence that causes pain, functional impairment, an increased risk of suicide, additional health-care costs, and productivity losses. Effective therapies are available when depression occurs alone or in conjunction with other medical conditions. You may also help by being pleasant and listening to them, as well as finding them other forms of support.
