- Barnum goes with his father to a job and he meets a girl ,Charity. Charity is rich and Barnum is poor. They start imagining a life together and they continue to grow together.
- Climax/ Never Enough
- P.T buys a circus and finds "freaks" all over his town. He made acts that he used for entertainment and thousands of people came to watch the shows and this was where his profit came from.
- Falling Action/From Now On
- As they continue to perform shows and get fame, things change. P.T. finds someone new that can bring him the life he wants, and he forgets all about the "freaks". They stand up for themselves in front of everyone including P.t.
- Resolution/The Greatest Show
- During this point, Barnum his so obsessed with Jenny Lind, that he doesn't realize a riot starts in his circus. A fire breaks out and this causes the building to burn to the ground.His wife, Charity, then leaves him when she sees a newspaper article that was never meant to be seen.
- This song was performed after the circus burns and P.T. loses everything he has. Barnum decides right here that he is going to change for his family. He decides to rebuild his circus but not in a building, in a tent.
- All of the people in the circus come together to perform the Greatest Show. The circus changed everyone for the better. It made the people in the show more confident and it showed P.T Barnum what it was all for in the first place.
