  • Test Phase: One of the final steps to our solution, the test phase. For the test phase, I sent the slideshow to smokers and their relatives, and got feedback from them. For the smoker, they said that they think the slideshow will be helpful to them when they quit/try to quit. For the relative, it showed them that they should never try smoking becuase of what they learned in the slideshow. If i had more time for my solution, I would try to look at what my mistakes were and try to fix them next time.
  • Lung Damage Lungs are one of the most important parts of your body. Lungs help you breathe, and move fresh air into your body while removing waste gases. If your lung gets damaged, then you'll most likely have breathing problems or trouble breathing. When you smoke, the bad chemicals go into your lungs and damages it.CancerCancer is a disease in abnormal cells and could cause serious damage and even death. When people are smoking, they inhale cigarette smoke, which has many cancer causing substances in them.
  • Smoking Health Effects
  • In my interview with the smoker, with the question asked, "What do you think could help you quit your habit of smoking?", the smoker said , "a medication that could help with addiction." This shows that experts and/or scienctists should make something similar to this so that smokers could potentially stop smoking.
  • What is Smoking?
  • Vaping is something you do with an e-cigarette.E-cigarettes is an electronic device you charge and you vape with. There are different flavorings that you can put into your e-cigarette for flavor when you vape. There are more than 15,000 vaping flavors!In both cigarettes and e-cigarettes, there is something called nicotine in them. Nicotine is a VERY addicting substance that makes it so hard for smokers to quit.
