- there was a lot of change after the revolution inclulding voting and equality but it went back to a dictatorship after a while.

- There was unfair treatment towards the slaves in St. Dominique and the slaves were fed up with it and wanted change

- the biggest method the Haitians used was mass battles where they had many men fighting so they outnumbered the whites but the slaves were not properly trained
- In the end they got rid of slavery completely and had driven out the whites.
