Nick was singing and Titania wakes up and due to the effect of the enchanted flower juice, she falls in love with him and his song

Titania takes Nick to her arbor and sends a group of fairies, Peaseblossom, Cobwey, Moth, and Mustardseed, to fulfill Nick Bottom's every wish.

After Hermia questions Lysander's whereabouts to Demetrius and he says he doesn't know, she leaves and he goes to sleep. Oberon takes the opportunity to pour the juice of the enchanted flower into Demetrius' eyes.

Demetrius and Lysander are in love with Helena due to the enchanted flower's juice. Seeing Lysander confess to Helena, Hermia starts to argue with Helena, who thinks the three of them are playing with her feelings and Demetrius and Lysander fight over who will protect and have Helena as themselves woman.

Oberon sends Puck to resolve the misunderstanding. So Puck confuses the four with insults and uses spells to put him to sleep. Taking advantage of the situation, Puck squeezes the juice of the enchanted flower on Lysander so he can fall in love with Hermia all over again.
