- The giver put his hands on Jonas to give Jonas his first memory of pain for the very first time.
- Jonas is sitting on his sled on top of the snowy hill and his sled is going down to the bottom of the hill but Jonas noticed that this snow was harder than before and there is ice in the snow and rocks. This was very conceivable for Jonas to sled down the hill.
- Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
- Jonas didn't know that his sled hit the rock and he was about to fall of his sled and he did fall of the sled and hit his leg.
- Jonas hit his leg when he was falling off his sled when his sled hit the rock he broke his leg when he was falling off his sled.
- Jonas is waking up from his memory from the giver crying with his broken leg on the bed.
- Jonas is very accustomed hat he can't have any pills for the pain in his leg that was broken.
- No Jonas, you may not have a pill.
