- A man in his mid-forties in life he has had a bad path and there's very little good things to be said for him. He thought that he was being followed everywhere. He tried to do good by spreading the word of God. In meeting he felt insulted by things such as someone rising to go shut the door. He lives with his 10 year old daughter and his 17 year niece.
- Reverend Samuel Parris
- A 17 year old orphan teenager, that lives with her uncle Reverend Parris and her cousin Betty. She used to be a maid at the Proctors' house, but she got fired. She had an affair with John Proctor even though the age difference. She was one of the leaders when a group of girls daced in the forest. After these events she threatened the other girls with killing them if they talked about it.
- AbigailWilliams
- A 10 year old girl daughter of Reverend Parris, that is sick and unconscious after dancing in the woods. After waking up she denies any accusations of being with the devil. After that she starts randomly accusing people saying that she saw them with the devil.
- BettyParris
- A farmer in his mid thirties, married to a woman named Elizabeth, he had a affair with his former house keeper Abigail Williams but when the audience stats reading the story he doesn't want anything to do with Abigail.
- John Proctor
- A reverend nearing forty, he concluded if witchcraft is present or not in someone and he felt prideful to be a specialist in witchcraft and to be called to do an errand that he enjoys
- Revered Hale
- A man that has suffered many grievances, some time before Goody Putnam, his wife’s brother in law had been turned down as minister of Salem. He felt as if he was much smarter than the people around him and felt disrespected that his name wasn’t fully clear in the village.
