- The Millers family was once a very wealthy and well resprected family,but ever sense the econmy fell and the dust bowl was comong there way they had to flee to the west.
- hello sir,i need a job my family is starving and we dont have a single cent to our name ill work for anything
- I don't know i cant afford to pay anyone ibut ill give you a shot and ill see what happens
- As they walk down the street they see multiple people rushing intobanks trying to get there money back which won't happen.
- nothing much but this is home with what i can afford, the foods hard to buy to due to inflation
- As they get to a new town Mr.Miller goes job to job asking for one,but has bad luck
- Guys i got fired and i cant payfor your medicine at all,im sorry
- we're sick
- Mr.Miller finally finds a company that is willing to hire,but he can be promised that pay will be good or even if he will have a job for a week
- The family finnaly finds a place to live but its not much,they have very little heat and that they can barley find or buy and food,they are hopeing that Mr.Miller keeps his job so they can get back on there feet.
- As Mr.Miller comes back from his job,the family is sick he shares the bad news that he had gottan fired and that no on is willing to hire them
