  • Romeo talks about the confusion that love brings and how it brings more anguish than joy throughout this chat. Romeo eventually admits to Benvolio that Rosaline ended their relationship because she decided to live a chaste life.
  • ACT 3: CLIMAX
  • OH NO.....
  • Romeo Asks for Friar Laurence's Assistance. Romeo tells Friar Laurence that he loves Juliet and wants to marry her.
  • ACT 4: FALLING ACTION

  • Romeo and Juliet are married in secret by Friar Laurence. This scene represents a significant step forward in their relationship, solidifying their commitment to each other.
  • ACT 5: DENOUEMENT
  • Juliet receives news that Romeo has killed Tybalt and is devastated by the loss of her cousin and the subsequent banishment of her husband. She finds herself torn between her love for Romeo and her loyalty to her family.
  • Unaware of Juliet's secret marriage to Romeo, her parents prepare for her to wed Paris. When Juliet declines, her family becomes apart. Romeo and Juliet grow more apart as a result of their difficulties. Juliet consumes the sleeping potion as a result, and her family finds what appears to be a lifeless body.
  • Romeo chooses to die beside Juliet by drinking a vial of poison next to her tomb because he is distraught and believes Juliet is dead. He passes away close to Juliet's lifeless body. Romeo is found lying next to Juliet when she awakens from her drug-induced sleep. She finds Romeo's knife after being devastated by the loss and decides to commit suicide rather than go on without him. He and she both pass away
