- This is a very beautiful pond for fishing
- yes, there are many varieties of fishes here
- though there is plenty of oxygen in the air, why couldn't the fish survive ??
- wow !! I got a fish.
- fishes breathe oxygen inside the water, but why cant they breathe on the land even though there is plenty of oxygen in air?
- Two friends Sheldon and Max were fishing in a pond nearby.
- now I understood how fishes respire !!
- in water, fishes breathe through special respiratory organs called gills. when water passes through gills , they absorb dissolved oxygen in water and send them for respiration through blood. carbon dioxide from all cells in the fish is ejected into the surrounding water
- Suddenly Sheldon caught a fish in his robe.
- a frog is an amphibian, therefore it can breathe on both land and water. In water it breathes through its skin, whereas on land it breathes through lungs.
- The fish gradually dies. Max gets a doubt on how fishes respire.
- today I learnt a great many things!! I am happy
- its already late now, we'll meet again. Bye !!
