- The Little Prince meets the fox
- Good morning! You're very pretty to look at. Who are you?
- Good morning!
- I am a fox!
- Come play with me!
- I can't play. I'm not tamed.
- What does that mean?
- My life is monotonous, but if you tame me it will be as if the sun came to shine in my life!
- To me, you are just a boy and I don't need you. You don't need me either. If you tame me then we will need each other and I will be unique to you!
- I don't really have too much time to tame you. I have things to understand, and friends to make.
- There's nowhere one can buy friendship, and somen have no friends any more. If you want a friend, tame me..."
- I will look at you out of the corner of my eye, and you will say nothing, but you will sit a little closer to me, every day...
- And... what should I do to tame you?
- First you will sit down at a little distance from me-- like that-- in the grass.
- The next day...
- It would be a good idea if you come at an specific hour. For example, if you come at 4, then at 3 I will begin to be happy!
