- Feudalism was a mix of the legal, economic, military, and cultural customs that originated in Medieval Europe between the 9th and 15th centuries. The king had the most power, then the nobles, then the knights, and finally, the peasants. The peasants would do work for the king and in exchange the nobles would give them land and protection. Today, feudalism exists in some towns in England and Scotland.

- Republic is a form of government in which a state is ruled by representatives of the citizens. Modern republics believe in the idea that authority rests with the people. In republics, the country is considered a "public matter", not the private matter or property of the representatives. Just a few places who use this form of government are the United States, Mexico, India, and France.
- Oligarchy
- Who cares about the people? What's best for us!!!!!
- Direct democracy, which is also called pure democracy is a democracy in which all decisions are voted on by the people. When a law or rule needs to be passed, then the idea goes to the people. Their are no representatives that decide. This government is used in some parts of Europe and a little bit in Latin America.
- Absolute Monarchy
- Aristocracy is a type of government that puts power in the control of a small, privileged ruling class called the aristocrats. The benefit to using this government is that the best and the brightest will rule the state or society. But aristocrats have a natural habit to cause war which can bring injustice and anger among the people. This government is used in the United Kingdom, Russia, and France.
- We need to find out what's best.
- Oligarchy, also called a government by the few. A government where power is exercised by a small and privileged group with corrupt and selfish purposes. Most members in an oligarchy are wealthy and are known as plutocracies. Some parts of Russian, China and the United States still use this government today.
- Absolute monarchy is a type of monarchy where the monarch rules in their own right. In this kind of government, the king is sometimes limited by a constitution. However, different kinds of Absolute monarchies, the king is by no means limited and has total control. Brunei, Eswatini, Oman, and Saudi Arabia are just a few places where this government is still used.
