  •  Always is an adverb of frequency.The adverbs of frequency describe how often something occurs.
  • Once upon a time, there was a beautiful girl named Cinderella that lived with her wicked stepmother and step sisters. She always worked hard every day.
  •  Very is an adverb of degree.The adverbs of degreeare used to show the intensity or degreeof something.
  • One day, they all went to a ball in the palace, leaving Cinderella behind so she felt very sad.
  •  Later is an adverb of time.The adverbs of timesay when or how often something happens.
  • Later, the fairy godmother appeared and she turned Cinderella into a beautiful princess with glass slippers. She warned Cinderella to return before midnight.
  •  Definitely and Never are adverbs of affirmation and negation.The adverbs of affirmation and negationdeclare that something is true or false.
