Storyboard Text

  • Sand in the eye scene
  • Thoughts: I feel bad for what I did to Percival. There is no parent to help him.
  • *Whimpers*
  • Face paint scene
  • "They don't see me, I think." Page 63.
  • The ship scene
  • " I can't see no smoke." " I can't see no smoke, Ralph--where is it?" page 66
  • " Oh god, oh god!" " The fire is dead." page 67
  • Maurice throws sand into Percival and laughs it off. But, when Percival started to whimper he hurried away. He felt guilty for what he did to Percival. There was no parent to help Percival so he felt bad.
  • Argument scene
  • "You let the fire go out" page 69
  • "We can light the fire again, You should have been with us, Ralph. We had a smashing time. I cut the pig's throat, and yet twitched. There was lashings of blood, you should have seen it." pg 69
  • Bill, Sam, Eric, and Jack are going hunting. Jack has a smart idea and decides to put face paint to camouflage with the environment. Not only that, he also uses it to hide his true identity. He wants to look like a new person.
  • Jack becomes violent scene
  • Ralph, Maurice, Simon, and Piggy spot a ship the distance. Piggy quickly thinks of the smoke on the mountain as well as Ralph. Piggy gets worried since he can't see smoke. Ralph realized the smoke went out.
  • Jack apologizes scene
  • " I'm sorry. About the fire, I mean. There. I---- I apologize". page 72
  • Ralph tells Jack that he and the others let the fire go out. Jack didn't care and kept on talking about hunting.  Jack talked about how he saw so much blood. He felt proud of himself.
  • Piggy said that Jack is the reason why the fire went out. Jack got so irritated of Piggy that he punched him in the stomach. Then he took a step forward and smacked his glasses out of his face. Piggy cried in terror.
  • " MY SPECS!" Page 71
  • Jack apologizes for what he did. He looked at Piggy, Ralph, and the other hunters. He shouted out loud. Saying sorry for letting the fire go out.
