- And Kinetic Energy is the energy of motion.
- I don't understand.
- Let me give you an example.
- I'm pulling my leg back. Potential Energy is stored there.
- Ok...
- And when I kick it... it went to you.
- There was Kinetic Energy while the ball was moving. The Potential Energy converted into Kinetic Energy.
- Uh... How much Potential Energy did you put into that?
- Why?
- Because... look at where it's "flying" to.
- We got to catch that ball!
