- The light from the sun helps the Chloroplasts turn into glucose (aka sugar)
- When the sun lets out light, it is basically energy and energy is a type of matter
- When the animal takes a bite of the grass it slowly digest then turn into sugar molecules
- It releases energy from the sugar molecules
- You may be asking how we get carbon dioxide well when the glucose is in the body, it takes some oxygen and turns into carbon dioxide
