Storyboard Text

  • Every action has an equal and opposite reaction
  • When Amanda bounces the ball the force of the ball makes the ground create an opposite reaction which bounces the ball back up. This is according to Newton's third law of motion.
  • The ball from the guy with the blue shirt didn't go as far as from the guy with the purple shirt. This is because the purple shirt guy kicked the ball much harder. This is according to Newton's second law of motion.
  • This ball is in motion. It will stop eventually because of air drag and friction. If these two unbalanced forces weren't there the ball would keep moving forever.
  • These 2 examples are according to Newton's first Law of Motion
  • This forgotten ball will stay in this position as long as no unbalanced force acts upon it as stated in newtons 1 law of motion
