- After call the customer service, Isla receive a new driver and she also got a voucher 50% off for next trip. This make Isla feel a bit better.
- The driver came faster then what Isla expected, Isla get into the car and was greeted with a joyful smile. That really make Isla's day. The driver is really understanding and friendly person.
