  • Mr. Jones, the owner of the Manor Farm, just arrived home and he was drunk. The animals of the farm hated him because he barely gave them food and the treatment they deserved. After Mr. Jones went to bed, Old Major organized a meeting to discuss that life is difficult and he mentions that all men are enemies. He planned a rebellion and gave them all the rules to follow.
  • Chapter 4
  • "'I have no wish to take life, not even human life,'
  •  Old Major was 12 years old and had more than 100 piglets, he lived on the farm when he peacefully died. Snowball, Napoleon, and Squealer take it as the leader and they become the leader of the farm. They followed Major’s plan and rebelled against Mr. Jones and kicked him out of the Farm. After they kicked him out, their principal objective was the spread of Animalism, they wanted to teach all animals how to read and write, and they also created the seven commandments. But at the end of the chapter, the milk disappears.
  • Chapter 5
  • It was summer the best time to work, while other animals were cleaning the field, working hard, and harvesting materials. The pigs were trying to find tools to make their life easier and trying to make tools that fit in the animals' hands. While everyone was working Napoleon stole all the puppies to train them to become an army.
  • Chapter 6
  • "The windmill was, in fact, Napoleon's own creation"
  • At the beginning of October, the animals were working on the farm when Mr. Jones and his troops marched in the direction of the farm. Snowball heard about it and prepared a defense for it. All the animals fought courageously. A moment later Mr. Jones and his troops were defeated. But later, Boxer thinks that he killed a boy and feels guilty about it. The battle was known as the Battle of the Cowshed.
  • Napoleon and Snowball were always arguing their opinions, Napoleon wanted to create a heavy army but Snowball wanted to send out more pigeons to all farms to tell the other animals about the rebellion, so the best way to decide is all the animals' vote, they scheduled a meeting on Sunday to discuss army or spread of the news and the windmill plan. But before the meeting, Napoleon and his nine trained dogs chase Snowball off.
  • Napoleon gives a speech about Snowball’s death, takes over the farm, and changes a couple of rules on the farm, he stole Snowball’s idea of rebuilding the windmill and he created an ironic voluntary job on Sundays but if you do not voluntarily your food gets cut by half. Napoleon hires a human to help them to rebuild the windmill.
