- a brawl on the streets of Verona between servants from the affluent Montague and Capulet households. While attempting to stop the fight, Benvolio is drawn into the fray by Tybalt, kinsman of the Capulets. Prince Escalus changes Verona law regarding public fighting.
- Capulet and Paris discuss the possibility of how marrying Juliet would go and A party is organized laterthat day so Paris can attempt to get Juliet attention. Theservant was sent to invite the guests but can't read and Romeoreads the guest list for him and finds out Rosaline isattending. Benvolio convinces Romeo to go to the party sohe can get over her
- Juliet and Romeo makes eye contact at the Capulets party and Romeo falls in love at first site. A few seconds later they share there first kiss
- Romeo wonders off from his friends and finds his self below Juliet balcony. Juliet confess her feelings about Romeo on the balcony Romeo listens and when Juliet calls on him to "doff" his name, he steps from the dark saying "call me but love".
- Juliet gives consent to marry Paris and the night before she takes a sleeping potion that makes her appear to be dead for 42 hours. The nurse will find her and she will be laid to rest in the Capulets tomb.
- Romeo and Juliet gets married in secret with the help of Friar Laurence and Juliet's nurse.
