- Smoking is a dangerous activity that is extremely addicting. The reason you are experiencing coughing is because cigarettes have loads of toxic chemicals!
- Smoking may lead to lung cancer, emphysema, bronchitis, and heart disease!

- In this case, there are 3 step patches with each decreasing in the amount of nicotine in each. You replace each patch every 14 days for the first step then 7 days for the last 2.
