- In this chapter we can see that Shackelton along with other members of his crew are in search of land where they can find help to save the rest of his crew, so we see them on their way to South Georga Island facing various dangers and complications, which made the trip much more risky and complicated.
- In this chapter we can see that they were able to reach some land, where they found a cave, this was not so spacious but enough so that they could rest and recover from the trip, however at the end we can see how Shackelton takes the decision to take two of his men to travel the remaining distance into South Georga Island.
- In this chapter we can see that shackelton and the rest of his team arrived at South Georga Island, they had to start touring the place on foot, looking for a route where they can move forward because the area was full of glaciers, snow-capped mountains, and even a frozen waterfall. And after many hours of walking, crossing extremely dangerous paths, and after all their hard work, they finally made it to the whaling factory, where they met people who were able to help them.
