  • O.k i will tell everybody i know to say the word frindle instead of the word pen.
  • We will now say frindle instead of pen.
  • Nick Allen is a 5th grader starting the new year at lincoln elementary, the teacher Mrs.Granger was going to be Nick's writing teacher.
  • Climax
  • I'm here with Nick Allen, and he has something#160;to say.
  • One day when nick was in Mrs.Granger's class Mrs. Granger was talking about how much she loves dictionaries and how they created all the words, and that you cant change them. That's when Nick got the idea to change the word pen to frindle.
  • Falling Action
  • We are selling frindles!
  • Nick told all of his friends about the new word and then the local paper heard about it so they wanted to make an article about it. They made the article and now everyone in town knows about the new word. Mrs.Granger does not like it. Mrs.Granger was keeping kids at school longer if they say the word frindle.
  • Resolution
  • The war is over!
  • When local news heard about it.....it got out of hand. They wanted to interview Nick and they wanted to talk about the big situation. Now everyone in the state and more knows about this new word frindle and is using it.
  • We will now use the word frindle instead of the word pen.
  • Nick did not hear about Mrs.Granger doing anything so Nick got scared that something bad would happen.They were making shirt,signs and factories, everyone knew the new word and it got so much bigger.
  • One night Nick got an envelope#160;from what was Mrs. Granger, and nick was scared that he might of got sued or something else bad, but it said that the war was over and that the word frindle was going to be in the dictionary.The End
