- What makes us human? It is only the evolution? Are we still considered animals? Lets find out!
- These are our ancestors. They are why we are humans today. It is all through evolution.
- Evolution is change in the heritable characteristics of biological populations over successive generations. These characteristics are the expressions of genes that are passed on from parent to offspring during reproduction.
- We evolved from the apes, as well as orangutans, chimpanzees, bonobos, and gorillas. All of these share a common ancestor before about 7 million years ago.
- The first humans emerged in Africa around two million years ago, long before the modern humans known as Homo sapiens appeared on the same continent.
- Paleontologist used different fossils to study our ancesters and In Africa, Asia, and Europe scientists have found the bones and tools of human ancestors who lived millions of years ago. And scientists continue to find new clues as to how humans developed.
