- The office
- Don't be angry, uncle,Come Dine with us tomorrow.
- I'll dine alone, thank you.
- Going home
- You will be haunted by 3 spirits.
- Is that a chance?
- The Past
- A delicate, delicate child. A breath might have withered her.
- Fred comes over to Scrooge's office to visit. He wants to invite Scrooge to dinner. Scrooge says he doesn't want to come over. He just declines the simple offer.
- The Present
- As good as gold and better. He told me, coming home, he hoped the people saw him in church because he was a cripple and it might be pleasant to them to remember upon Christmas Day who made the lame to walk and the blind to see.
- Why show me all of this if I am out of hope?
- Scrooge then goes straight to his house. When he reaches, his butler lights up the house. The cook asks for porridge. He declines the offer, so then he goes to his room. There Marley the first spirit shows up. Marley tells Scrooge that he will be haunted by 3 spirits.
- The Future
- So the first spirit takes Scrooge to the past. Scrooge is surprised and sees most things that he remembers. The spirit also explains what is going when Scrooge doesn't remember. In the end, Scrooge sees that the baby dies. Scrooge gets sad but learns to have feelings.
- Scrooge Changes
- Merry Christmas!
- So Scrooge meets Fezziwig, the second spirit. He takes Scrooge to the Crachit house. This was a test to see how much Bob respects Scrooge. Scrooge then realizes how much Bob cares about him and how the Christmas holidays make him happy.
- The third spirit takes Scrooge to the future. He sees the entire story. He then realizes that Tiny Tim dies. Scrooge was very shocked and very sad. He also realizes that Tiny Tim dies because of his behavior. Scrooge would never forget this.
- Scrooge remembers that Tiny Tim dies in the future. Scrooge decides to change himself. He goes to the dinner offer he declined earlier. He celebrates with his nephew and everyone else. He has now fixed his mistakes.
