A Guide to Selecting Physical Activities
The key to a good physical routine is finding fun activities that you enjoy and that are the right level for your health and fitness.
Young Adults should preform an 1 hour of moderate to vigorous physical activity everyday.
The activities that you choose to participate in should be based on your own feelings, skills, and reasons.
If you're having fun and enjoying yourself, then you're more likely to stick with your physical program.
Weather has a huge impact on which activity you should choose for safety reasons.
