  • i excersie 4-5 times a week, and sometimes listen to music or go with friends
  • reduce stress
  • i try to meditate 3 or 4 times every 2-3 days, it helps relieve stress alot.
  • sleep
  • i dont even have a phone and i hate coffee so i get the best sleep already.
  • regular exercise increases your body temperature, which can have a calming effect on the central nervous system., It can also release chemicals like endorphins, which can boost your mood, and exercise also reduces the immune system chemicals that may worsen depression.
  • toxic people
  • I am not listening to you becuase I know my truth
  • you are the ugliest person I have ever met
  • chronic stress is one of the most common causes of depression, you can reduce stress by trying to avoid overcommitting to things, practicing mindfulness or meditation, and learning to let things go that you can’t control.
  • eating healthy
  • eating nuts helps me regulate my bodyweight which is why I am so slim
  • getting heaps of sleep is a great way to deal with depression, if you want better sleep you should not look at any screens for two hours before bed (including your phone!), have a comfortable mattress, and avoid caffeine after noon.
  • make strong lasting relationships
  • I try to make time for my friends and family even when I am busy becuase they are worth being around.
  • Stay away from anyone who makes you feel worse about yourself by Cuting people out of your life who take advantage/bully you If someone spreads rumors or talks badly about someone as soon as they leave the room, they’re likely to do the same for you.if you do these things you feel better in life and less chance of getting depression.
  • to prevent depression with your diet, you should eatbalanced meals with lean protein, and lots of fruits and vegetables. Reduce high-sugarand high-fat foods. Eliminate processed foods from your diet as much as possible. Incorporate more omega-3s into your diet, with foods like salmon or nuts.
  • Having a strong support system and an active social life is important for our mental health and can help protect against things like depression. Make sure that you’re regularly connecting with friends and family, even when your lives are busy. Attending social events when you can and finding new hobbies that could help you meet new people can all help you build new relationships too.
