- Eighth Amendment
- You can't do that! It isn't a fair punishment.
- You will be getting 5 years in prion for passing a red light.
- Ninth Amendment
- zzz...
- Wake up! I will not longer allow you to sleep.
- Whatever the jury decides, is final.
- Tenth Amendment
- Ok students.. I will be giving you a homwork essay to do. You are allowed to write about anything you want.
- The government/police can not give something a punishment that it is brutal/unfair.
- The government/police cannot take away our daily rights and freedoms, including sleeping.
- The national government has the state do something of their choice (assign any homeork) and the people can then choose what they want to do (write about).
