- Epimetheus and Prometheus were tasked with creating life. Epimetheus created birds and gave them the gift of flight, he made turtles and gave them shells and he made horses and gave them tails and manes.

- Finally, we're free!
- Prometheus wanted to create something too. Although his brother was a great craftsman, he wasn't as nearly as clever as Prometheus. Prometheus decided to create something that looked like the gods. And once he was done, he thought of what gift to give them. But all the gifts were gone, so he stole a tiny sliver of a flame and gave the flame to man, but Zeus found out and punished Prometheus by chaining him and sending eagles to peck at him for all of eternity.

- Zeus was mad at Man for accepting the gift, but Zeus was also making a gift for Epimetheus, as he knew he was lonely since his brother was imprisoned. He made the first Woman. Venus gave her beauty, Mercury gave her a clever tounge, Appolo taught her how to play sweet music, and finally, Zeus draped a veil over her and called her Pandora. He gave her to Epimetheus and Epimetheus married her. Zeus also gave them a present, a small, wooden chest. But Epimetheus and Pandora were told to never open the box.
- Hope
- I'll escape eventually!
- As Pandora was home alone, she heard the box cry out to her. She thought about opening the box, but she didn't. Then after a while she couldn't bear the curiosity and opened the box. Then, Disease, Cruelty, Pain, Dissapointment, Jealousy, War and Death escaped.
- And then she heard a little voice call out to her, but Pandora refused to open it. Then the voice mentioned that she was Hope, and without her, mankind could not bear the others that lived in Pandora's box. So Pandora opened the box, and a tiny flicker flew out and out of the house.
- Hope then flew to Prometheus and gave him Hope. He then thought that eventually someone would feel pity for him and break the chains and then that he would be free from his prison. The eagles then tried to kill Hope, but she was too fast for them to catch her.
