- Rise to PowerAdolf Hitler rose to power by being a powerful speaker. He would bash Jews, convincing people that they should be destroyed and blamed them for their country's problems. He seized all power in Germany and ended democratic government.

- Use/Abuse of PowerThe Nazi's were known for using 'fear and horror' against anyone who disagreed with them. Hitler used his power to mistreat, kill, and torture people who were thought to be opponents.
- Rise to PowerHideki Tojo gained his power by being a strong military leader. He was a general in the Japanese Imperial Army and soon became the dictator of Japan. He ruled with absolute authority and enforced strict laws.
- MUSSOLINI IS ALWAYS RIGHT
- Use/Abuse of PowerTojo and his army invaded a Chinese province that was rich with resources with the government's permission. Japan's refusal to end its occupation in this province caused them to pull out of the League of Nations.
- Rise to PowerFascism was the first major dictatorship in Italy. Benito Mussolini organized a fascist party. His imperialistic ideas led to the takeover of Ethiopia.
- Use/Abuse of PowerMussolini's control of the country tightened over time. Everyone had total obedience and discipline to him. The motto was taught in schools, "Mussolini is always right". He used violence against opponents and murdered opposition leaders.
