Storyboard Text
- A boy named Mat and his friends (Hooter, Tony and Q) founded an adventure club, But Mat had to bring his little sister, Katie, because he didn't want her to snitch on him for putting his peas in the sugar bowl. They camp out in Tony's back yard and read a book about George Washington. The Adventure club is about them learning about history. Mat and Q tell Hooter and tony about George Washington and the battle of Trenton. Matt convinces everyone to take a walk down to the lake because they wanted to have a sleep over right next to the lake but their parents said no.

- Mat takes them on a hike to the lake. Tony tells them that when his grandpa was little older then them he and his friend Adam Hibbs went camping at this same lake. Then his friend told him that he was going to refill his water. He said he saw a rowboat and got into the boat and never came back. They all get really freaked out but then Katie falls into the lake but George Washington saves her. Then they all get into the rowboat and time travel to Christmas night 1765.
- When Mat tries to give the General his cape someone gives him a musket and tells him to sit down. Then Mat meets another rebel named Israel. They become good friends after Mat gives Israel one of his sneakers. Little did Mat know the person who was supposed to take the Adventure club to his house but the bayonet on his musket stabs him in the stomach. They said he would not make it through the night.

- AS they all marched to Trenton to attack the Hessians, Israel started to get really sick and had to lie down. Everyone was really cold and it started to rain harder. Israel didn't make it through the night and died while Mat was asleep. Then early the next morning a man named Mr. Hornbee took Mat on his horse and brought him to his house. Mrs. Hornbee was not happy that Mat was their but let him stay anyway. Later the day Mr. Hornbee let Mat ride his Mule down to the Delaware river.
- As Mat rode Mr.Hornebee's mule Mat found Hooter and Tony. They told Mat the Adam Hibbs died and that Katie and Q had been taken by some Hessian as they tried to find Mat. The Indian they met showed them to Q and Katie. When they found them the tried to take their muskets and hurt them but before they even made it to the muskets the Hessians heard them and took them with Q and Katie. Then they heard a deer and ran after it and asked one of the Hessians to look after them. The Hessian's name was Gustav and Hooter became friends with him. When they reached the Delaware river Katie's leg fell into the water. Gustav saved her life and everyone was happy. But then one of the rebels shot Gustav and he died.
- All the rebel were coming out of trees with tiered faces. They had won the battle of Trenton. George Washington saw that Katie was all wet he gave her his backup pair of socks. The adventure club at down and looked for the old rowboat. Then Katie told them were the rowboat was. But when Katie sat in the boat nothing happened. Then she said she wanted to go home. The rowboat started to glow and they all jumped in. It started to spin but then I stopped and they were home.
