  • Your Honor, I would like to object because the I didn't planned the robbery and the robbery happened when I was on vacation.

  • The legislative branch is made up of two houses of Congress; the Senate and the House of Representative. Congress can remove impeach the president and Supreme justices if they abuse the power. In order for a law to pass, the bill must be voted by both houses of Congress then past to the president. If he signs the bill, it becomes a law, but if he veto the bill, it must go back to Congress, but Congress can override the president veto with a vote of 2/3 of the Congress.
  • The executive branch is compose of the president, vice president, and Cabinet members. The president is the Commander-in-Chief of the military and the Cabinet role is to advise the president on any subject he may require. The vice president takeover and becomes the new president if the previous president died, resigns, or gets remove from office.
  • The judicial branch is a branch made up of federal courts and lead by the Supreme Court, top court of the U.S. The Supreme Court is lead by nine justices who must be nominated by the president and approved by the Senate. If a someone came up with a case saying "this law is not fair", they would then decide whether this law is unconstitutional. If it is, then this law is cut out, if it is, then the law will stay.
