- Aragorn, the heir of the Throne of Gondor, Legolas Greenleaf of the Woodland Realm, and Gimil, son of Gloin; was watching boat that held the late Boromir go over the falls.
- This was the battle of Helm's Deep; the fight between Saruman army of Orc-Goblins and the Kingdom of Rohan
- Gandalf, Aragorn, Legolas, and Gimil making their way their Fangorn Forest to get to Isengard.
- Frodo and Sam encounter Gollum for the first time. Gollum tries to kill them so he can have the Ring; but he was to command everything Frodo and Sam says because he promised on the RIng that he would.
- Frodo, Sam, and Gollum were making their through the Dead Marshes when a Ring Wraith flew over looking for Frodo and the Ring.
- This is when Frodo, alone because of Gollum's decieving lies, encounters Shelob; a old, giant female spider that live in a cave in Mordor.
