- The Montague and Capulet families exchanged insults on the street. Both of the families hate each other. The Prince of Verona interfered, warning the two families that if a fight emerges again, a member of either families will be killed.
- Romeo Montague had an infatuation with Rosaline so he and his friends decided to enter a ball held by Lord Capulet while wearing a disguise. There he saw Juliet, the daughter of Capulet. It was love at first sight that he totally forgot about Rosaline.

- During his travel way back home, Romeo passed by the home of the Capulets. He climbed his way up to the balcony when he saw Juliet there. The two of them confessed their love to each other and kissed. Both of them suddenly decided to get married.
- Romeo told his friend Friar Laurence about his intention to marry Juliet, daughter of his family's enemy. Friar agrees with his proposal and decided to help him marry Juliet as quickly as possible. Juliet on the other hand assigned his nurse to make the necessary arrangements.
- Romeo and Juliet got married that afternoon with the help of Friar and Juliet's nurse.
- Another fight breaks out in Verona and Juliet's cousin, Tybalt, ends up killing Mercutio, Romeo's cousin. Romeo tried to stop the fight but unfortunately, his cousin died.
