- Jim should still like me, I still am the same. It is just my hair. He did not just love me because of my hair.

- With this, Jim would be anxious about the time in any company. I really hope Jim likes his gift.
- Wow! Time has flown by so fast! I have to find the perfect gift for Jim.

- Wow, this platinum fob chain for Jim's watch is so nice. I shall buy it for him. It is $21, perfect.
- There was a woman named Della. She was counting her money and realized that it was not enough to buy a present for Jim, her husband. She felt really sad that the next day would be Christmas and she still did not know what to do. She really wanted to buy Jim a present, but her money is simply not enough for a present worthy of her husband.

- Combs! Oh Jim, dear, they're so beautiful. My hair grows so fast, don't worry.
- RESOLUTION
- What! Della has cut off her hair!
- You'll know why I was looking at you like that after you see my present.
- I couldn't have lived through Christmas without buying you a present, so I sold it for money.
- Jim, dear, don't look at me that way
- Jim and Della care so much about each other that they are willing to make a sacrifice for them, and they sold their prized possession to buy a gift for each other. They are wise like the Magi because they know that if they think of the other person first and don't put materials objects in front of each other, their love for each other will never die.
- Della, well, I sold my watch to buy your combs. Let's just keep our presents aside and eat, I'm hungry.
