- We now have freedom of speech which allows us to gather and worship freely without punishment
- Amendmant 2 states that citizens may be permitted to use weapons under a license
- 3rd Amendmant states that soldiers may not be quartered in a house without the owners permission and in times of peace. Also 4th Amendmant states that people shall be safe in their house and not seacrhed without a warrant
- 5th amendment states that if a crime is commited they will be gone to court . Also with the 6th with the same principles but in the state is was commited in. 7th also adds on the value in controversy exceeds 20 bucks on the jury trial.
- Excessive bail shall not be required no cruel fines or punishments. And rights shall not be constructed to deny or disparage.
- 10th Amendment states that power is not delegated to the United States by Congress but for the people.
