- Excuse me, please wear your mask. I have already explained to you our policy here and if you do not follow it I will have to write you up.
- Please come with me, I'm going to have to write you up now this is your second violation.

- hmm.. He seems serious but I still think he is violating my rights but I will try and follow them.
- I am writing you this warning as this is your second violation, I will remind you of the policy which is on the same paper. I do not want to take any drastic measures so please read it over and comply.

- Why did you write you have no symptoms on the self evaluation yet you are coughing and sound like you have a sore throat? This is unnacepable and you final warning. I didn't want to do this but I am placing you on a 3 day suspension. Please take this time to reflect on your actions and think about your future at this company.
- Wow, I can't believe I've been suspended for 3 days I think I'm really going to have to follow this policy or the manager is going to have to take drastic steps which I don't want to happen as I need this job. Im going to start following the policy from now on.
