It has become increasingly common, especially among teenagers, as the digital sphere has expanded and technology has advanced.
Hi there! I'm here today to talk about an important issue, Cyberbullying!

Almost all teens are on social media, and most teens spend an average of nine hours a day online!!

Luckily, there some things you can do about it!
If you know someone that's being cyberbullied, let an adult know!If you are being cyberbullied, let an adult know, and try to block the person.
WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT
If you have done everything you can to resolve the situation and nothing has worked, or someone is in immediate danger, there are ways to get help.
When adults respond to cyberbullying, they send the message that its unacceptable, research shows this can stop cyberbullying over time.
You should ALWAYS tell an adult at the first sign of cyberbullying!
Stay safe! And remember:NEVER EVER give up personal information on social media!ALWAYS tell an adult at the first sign of being cyberbullied!
