  • What is Rosacea?;Rosacea is a common skin condition that causes blushing/flushing on your face from your visible blood vessels in your face. Rosacea might also produce, small bumps on the face. The signs and symptoms of Rosacea may flare up for weeks to months and then can go away for a while. Rosacea is commonly mistaken for acne.

  • I have a medication that you should try! It improves the redness of the skin the name of the topical medication is Brimonidine
  • Brimonidine helps treat the facial redness associated with rosacea. For mild to moderate rosacea, your doctor may prescribe a cream or gel that you apply to the affected skin. Brimonidine (Mirvaso) and it helps reduce flushing by constricting blood vessels. You may see results within 12 hours after use. The effect on the blood vessels is temporary, so the medication needs to be applied regularly to maintain improvements. It is a topical gel!
