- Scarlett was trying to finish her race until she realized that her neighborhood bully was running in front of her.
- She wanted to push her so that she could win her race. She realized it wasn't very nice so she did not push her. Since she did not push her, she ended up winning the race.
- Her neighborhood bully decided to follow her into the community girl's locker room and started to yell at her which ended up hurting her feelings.
- I TOLD YOU TO STAY OUT OF MY WAY! NEXT TIME WE END UP RACING YOU BETTER KEEP A FARTHER DISTANCE.
- What you said to me was not very nice, and it really hurt my feelings.
- Scarlett was very upset after she was yelled at when she had done nothing wrong. She wanted to tell the bully how she felt, but she didn't know what to say.
- I am sorry for upsetting your feelings. I just never realized that what I was saying upset you. Thank you for telling me how you feel.
- Hey so since we live in the same neighborhood I was wondering if you maybe wanted to be friends and hang out sometime?
- I'm so glad that we're friends now! I can't wait to hang out sometime!
- Yeah, of course. I would love to hang out! Again I'm really sorry for how I have treated you. Thanks for telling me it was bothering you.
- Apparently I've been hurting the next door neighbor, and once she told me about it we decided to be friends.
- MOM, DAD, can you come here?
- Honey, we are so proud of you! The girl told you what you were doing was hurting her, you guys talked it out, came up with a solution, and now you're friends. I'm glad you worked it out.
