He called the light 'day' and the dark 'night'. This was known as the first day. There was the very first day and night. This day was called - day two.

On the fourth day, he created plants and vegetation. He let it grow under the sun. He made a variety so that his people would not starve.
On day five, he let the animals run free. He also made a variety animals so his people would not be bored.
Finally, on day six he created ever thing else - including the people. He then let the earth be until everyone would need him next.
