- Your honor, my client has undergone a series of unfortunate events throughout his life that has resulted in him sitting in this chair before you today.#160;
- He was a part of a sevearly abusive family, which attributed to his violent tendencies.
- He was never given anything in life, including food.
- Mr. McFly had to beg steal and borrow for everything he has, this is the only life that he knows.#160;
- After hearing the facts of the case and the background of the defendant, I have made the dicision to find Mr. McFly guilty but with a reduced sentence under the agreement that he attends mandatory councieling to address his past.#160;
