  • I don't know about you, but I love to cozy up with a cup of coffee, a blanket and some of my favorite fall bakery.
  • Step Two
  • One of my childhood favorites was banana bread. I often used to go to Starbucks and pick up a slice of their banana bread.
  • Step Three
  • But, when you take a look at the nutrition of banana bread its a little shocking.
  • Step Four
  • But I'm not gonna give eating yummy banana bread and neither should you! That's why I wanna show you this healthy banana bread reciepe!
  • Step Five
  • .First, make sure you add enough PB, otherwise it will not be as flavorful. Second, don't overblend the batter and third, store loaf in the fridge and heat up again to eat.
  • Step Six
  • Preheat your oven to 350.
  • Step Seven
  • Take your 9x5in pan and spray it generously with cooking spray to prevent from sticking.
  • Next, line the pan with parchment paper so that it is covering all sides and pokes out over the top of the pan.
  • Take 5 ripe bananas, 2 cups rolled oats, 1.5 cups of natural peanut butter, and 1 cup of dark choc. chips and put into you blender.
  • Blend them until you have a chunky but mostly blended batter.
  • If your blender is not very strong add a splash of water to help it blend.
  • Pour the batter into your already prepped pan.

  • Take another banana and cut it into small slices. Add them on top of the loaf in a pattern you like and do the same with some dark choc. chips!
  • Put loaf in the oven and bake for 35 minutes!
  • To check the loaf, poke the middle with a toothpick. If it comes out clean its done!
  • Let the loaf cool for about 30 minutes. Then cut and enjoy!
  • Store in the refrigerator
