- welcome to the island of Aeolus
- Odysseus and his men land on the island of Aeolus, The wind king, and stayed with him for a month
- it is time to leave the island. before Odysseus and his men leave, The king gave them 2 gifts: a fair west wind to blow their ship to Ithaca and a bag full of stormy wind
- here are your 2 gifts
- Thank you
- while Odysseus's is asleep, his men opened the bag thinking it contains gold. The stormy wind then escaped and blew the ship back to the island of Aeolus. The king refused to help them again. Thinking that their journey has been cursed by the gods
- OH NO
- The mariners then set sail, stopping by the land of Laestrygones. The ships were suddenly bombed by boulders by fierce cannibals leaving Odysseus, his ship, and a few of his crew alive
- ARGHHHH
- The solitary ship sails to Aeaea, home of the entrances Circe. Odysseus divides his men into 2 groups. one group led by Eurylochus to explore the island, while one group stays behind the group with Odysseus
- as Eurylochus explored the island, she came across Circe's home. She came running to Odysseus begging to sail away while his men are captive under a spell by Circe
- NO, i am not going to save them
- we need to sail away from this island! Circe has those men under a spell
