- Hello, I'm Samantha, nice to meet you. I'm looking forward to figuring out the issues that the Starbucks location in Saudi Arabia is having.
- Hi Samantha, I'm Ayasha. Thank you for meeting with me.
- So what's been the issue?
- Unlike other countries, Saudi Arabia is having a shortage in sugar which is used in a variety of drinks. Our usual supplier has not been meeting the locations needs which means we're not able to meet our customers needs.
- Okay, would you be interested in having sugar shipped from the supplier we use in other countries, such as the U.S.? We would send out large quantities at a time and then that should cover your needs without relying on someone else weekly who has been not meeting the stores needs.
- Yes, that would be great.
- Okay, let me go call my boss to make sure he can arrange it and I will come back in a couple minutes.
- Okay, let me know what happens.
- Hello Steve it's Samantha. I'm with Ayasha right now and was wondering if we would be able to ship sugar out in large quantities to the Saudi Arabia location because their current supplier isn't meeting their needs anymore.
- Hello and yes that should work. Go ahead and tell her we'll make it happen and they should be receiving sugar shipments every 3-4 months depending. I'll get back with pricing and everything shortly and we can finalize this.
- Okay, I just talked to Steve and he said that we will be able to ship out sugar every 3-4 months and he will let me know pricing shortly so we can make this official.
